Support for Adults
Make your very own quit plan to fit around your job, family and lifestyle.
Choose from in-person or remote support sessions, where you'll get advice and guidance from our experienced Quit Coaches, PLUS digital support.
In-person support
Benefit from 1-to-1 personalised sessions or supportive group sessions held in-person at a variety of times and local venues, like community centres and GP surgeries.
Remote support
Join sessions via phone or video call at flexible times including mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Digital support
If in-person or remote support aren't right for you, choose our digital only option for support anywhere, anytime.
Free stop smoking products to help make quitting easier
Did you know using quit aids, like Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), alongside support gives you a higher chance of quitting for good? We'll help you find the option that's right for you, and we offer a wide range including:

We offer specialised programmes to help you quit if you are pregnant or in the first 12 weeks after birth (postpartum).
Specialist support
We offer specialised programmes to help you quit if you have any of the following needs:
- You have a severe mental illness
- You are at high risk of relapse
- We also offer a Cut Down to Stop programme if you are not yet ready to commit to quitting but are looking to reduce the amount you smoke.

Thanks to funding from Hampshire County Council, quitting is free.
We have some eligibility requirements to ensure spaces go to those who need them most. Here are a few:
- You need to live, work, study or be registered with a GP in Hampshire.
- You need to be 12 years and over (or have a GP referral if under 12).
- You need to currently smoke tobacco (eg cigarettes/shisha), or be using nicotine products, like vapes or pouches.
