Eligibility
To qualify for a free place with Smokefree Hampshire, your patient must meet the following conditions:
- Live, work, study or be registered with a GP in Hampshire.
- Aged 12 and over.
- Currently using tobacco products (such as cigarettes/shisha) or nicotine products like vapes.
In addition, they should be:
- Motivated to quit, or motivated to reduce their use in preparation to eventually quit (harm reduction approach).
- Willing and able to make the necessary commitment to access specialist support via the service.
- Not using another stop smoking service.
Train with us
Join us for training to deliver smoking cessation support to your patients. We offer a range of courses to suit your schedule and needs.
Partner with us for 'Swap to Stop'
Swap to Stop is a national initiative that helps people quit smoking by offering free vape kits alongside specialist behavioural support.

Working with pharmacies
We aim to work together with local pharmacies across Hampshire, offering fully funded training to National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT) Level 2. Get in touch if you would like to find out more.
